Partner Strength Cycle
45 seconds of flat out unbroken work for partner #1, 15 seconds for partners to switch positions then 45 seconds of flat out unbroken work for partner #2

Three consecutive rounds for each partner (total 6 rounds per team) at each station prior to moving to next station. 

Stations:
Sandbag bench press from the ground
Sandbag back squat
Partner KBS (light but fast)
Partner leg raises
Wallwalks (both work at the same time, 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest for all 6 rounds)
