A1. Conditioning
5 RFT: (20 Min Cap)
10 Power Snatches
15 Toes-to-bars
Rest 1:1
Weight goes up each round.
Every 1:30 for 7:30: (5 Rounds)
10 Deadlifts
Choose a weight, you should be able to go unbroken on at least 2-3 rounds.
This is harder than it looks.
305/200 lbs
