21 Hang Power Cleans (95/65) (135/95)
18 Front Rack Step-Back Lunges (95/65)
15 Barbell-Facing Burpees

Extra
20 Minute Aerobic Restoration
This can be completed on the Bike, Rower, Conversational pace throughout.
Every 4:00, complete 15 GHD Sit-Ups + 20 Hip Extensions
