I am hardly the first to state this opinion, and there is a huge amount of well reasoned commentary on the internet in favor of this idea, much of it set forth by people who used to be Crossfit trainers. I find it extremely surprising that you consider the movements in the video to be well coached and well done. I am sure you are in the extreme minority in that opinion, as this video went viral precisely for the reason that the athlete's form looked so bad.
