– Max Push Press (Bodyweight) or Scale to roughly 75%
– Max Strict CHIN UPS
**No rest between movements, Rest 1-3 minutes between rounds
Additional Accessory:
– Cross Over Symmetry Iron Scap Protocol USE BANDS
