CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program that tailored to fit anyone, from soccer mom to elite athlete. It employs variations of time domains, multiple movements, and varying weights to achieve the best results.
Our program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. Picking up 50 pound bag of dog food and loading it into your car at the grocery store is no different than a soldier lifting a loaded pack onto his back.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scale-ability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease as cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load, and intensity; we don’t change programs. Anyone is capable of achieving their goals by scaling the workout to match their ability. And with consistency comes results.
